Dr Oluwatoyin Ogunsanya

MB BS, MRCOG, LLB (honours) (Senior Partner)

Dr Ogunsanya joined the practice in 1995.  He graduated from The University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 1980 and completed his postgraduate training in the UK.  He trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and formerly held the position of Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at The King Fahd Specialist Hospital in Saudi Arabia before entering General Practice.  Within the practice he manages the financial and legal aspects.  He is also the Chair for the local GP constortium and is involved in GP Commissioning in the area.  In addition to this he also holds a law degree and works as a Solicitor Advocate with an interest in civil litigation and regulatory law.

Dr Adegboyega Tayo

MB BS, MRCOphth, FRCS(Ophth), DRCOG, MRCGP

Dr Tayo joined the practice in 2003. He graduated from The University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 1985 and completed postgraduate training in the UK. As well as training in General Practice he has gained a very high qualification in Ophthalmology and also works as an Associate Specialist in Ophthalmology at Southend Hospital. In addition to his work as a GP in the practice he also works as a GPwSI (GP with special interest) for the South West Essex PCT.

Dr Margaret Odufuye

MB BCh, DFFP, MRCGP

Dr Odufuye joined the practice in 2006.  She graduated from The University of Calabar, Nigeria in 1987 and completed postgraduate training in the UK. She performs the Child Health Surveillance Clinics at the practice and also has a special interest in family planning and diabetes.

Dr Louisa Boateng-Gaisie

MB BCh, DFFP, MRCGP

Dr Boateng-Gaisie joined the practice in 2009. She graduated from The University of Science and Technology, Ghana in 1998 and completed postgraduate training in the UK.  She has a range of experience in various hospital specialties and has a special interest in family planning including implanon insertion.

Dr Nigel Tam

MBBS MRCGP

Dr Tam graduated from St Georges Hospital, London in 2001. Before joining the Robert Frew Medical Centre in May 2015 he was a Salaried GP in a practice in Great Dunmow.

Dr Peter Subrt

LMS JCPTGP Cert(UK) LAV Cert (RCOG) MRCGP


Dr Subrt joined the practice in 2017  from a practice in Southend. He previously worked in Spain and has a broad international experience. 

His interests are in minor surgery and vasectomy and is keen on taking out lumps and bumps.
Dr Lande Ogunsanya

MBBS BSC MRCGP

Dr Lande Ogunsanya graduated from University College London in 2011. She completed the General Practice vocational training scheme in Southend-on-Sea in 2016. Subsequently, she was a freelance GP in the Essex and East London regions for two years before joining the practice.

Dr Sampson Dasari

MBBS MRCGP

Dr Dasari joined the practice in April 2019. He graduated from Gandhi Medical College, India. He has completed general practice training from Sheffield VTS scheme in 2012. His areas of expertise are general medicine, elderly care and chronic disease management."

Dr Pid-ange Tampa-Sahum

MBBS MRCGP

Dr Pid’ange Tampa-Sahum graduated from Bart’s & The London School of Medicine & Dentistry in 2009. He completed the General Practice Vocational training scheme in Ipswich in 2014, working in rural and suburban settings. He has worked as a freelance GP in Essex, Kent and North East London in various roles for the past 5 years until he joined the practice this year.  He has yet to develop a formal specialism however has an interest in Public Health and Dermatology.  

Dr Taiwo Aderolu

MBBS MRCGP

Graduated from university of  Ilorin Nigeria in 2001. Post graduate training Uk - Romford UTS, completed in 2010 (MRCGP)
Formerly worked in Southend until 2021, when she joined The Robert Frew in 2021
Has additional qualifications in Paediatrics & Child health (DCH), in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Dr Donnelly joined the team in 2014 as a GP locum and is very experienced.

Dr Agoe joined the practice in 2022 as a locum GP.
