IMPORTANT PATIENT INFORMATION - ANNUAL FLU CLINICS

Flu clinics will be held on the following dates. No appointment is necessary but please bring your invite letter along to prove your entitlement.

Monday 3rd Oct @ Christ Church Hall 2.00pm – 6.30pm
Tuesday 11th Oct @ Robert Frew Medical Centre 4.00pm – 8.00pm
Thursday 20th Oct @ Robert Frew Medical Centre 9.00am – 12.00
Saturday 22nd Oct @ Robert Frew Medical Centre 9.00am – 12.00
Tuesday 25th Oct @ Robert Frew Medical Centre 1.00pm – 6.00pm
Wednesday 2nd Nov @ Robert Frew Medical Centre 1.00pm - 6.00pm

All patients who are entitled to a flu jab (65 years or above or in a clinical at risk group) will be receiving an invite letter which are being sent out from Monday 12th September. Should you not receive a letter and you believe that you are in an at risk group, please telephone reception who will take your details.
Please note you will be contacted only if you fall within the specified government criteria.

Any patients wishing to have a flu jab who are outside iof the criteria should telephone the surgery to have their names put on a waiting list. If after all the at risk categories have had a chance to attend a clinic and if we have any stock remaining we will contact you with an appointment date.
