PRACTICE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you have any suggestions or complaints, in the first instance, speak to Carole Jones our reception manager.
If you want to make an official complaint please do so in writing to our practice manager Colleen Shelley and she will contact you within reasonable time offering a meeting to discuss your complaint. You will be given an opportunity to come to the surgery for this and may bring a friend or relative with you. If this is unsuitable than a response in writing will be made within a stipulated time frame depending on the type of complaint.
